An important food institutional company is looking for a Maintenance Master for our facilities located in the Comuna of MEJILLONES. The objective of the position is to supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans to optimize equipment lifespan and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Supervise teams of technicians and maintenance specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
• Efficiently manage resources, including personnel, materials, and budgets, to meet maintenance objectives.
• Analyze and diagnose technical problems, proposing effective solutions to maintain equipment functionality and safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and standards in all maintenance operations, maintaining accurate and updated records.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to schedule and execute maintenance activities without affecting daily operations.
