Job summary

Silversea is seeking an experienced Pastry Supervisor to deliver high-quality pastry preparation aboard our luxury vessels. You will report to the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef, overseeing pastry and bakery operations for all meals, events, and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Valid STCW95 certification.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar position at an International 5-star establishment.
• Excellent fluent English (verbal and written). English is the working and safety language on board Silversea vessels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pastry and bakery operations to maintain the highest standards of product quality, consistency, presentation, and productivity.
• Manage preparation and production of pastries, desserts, bakery items, and specialty products for all meals and events.
• Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and maintenance of recipe manuals.
