Job summary

Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. seeks a logistics-focused coordinator to support daily operations for ICT, technology, energy, and renewable energy projects in Chile.

You will assist in transportation, shipment, and delivery coordination, monitor schedules, and collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams. The role requires 0–2 years of experience, a 2025–2026 graduation window, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field (mandatory).
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Advanced English level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to support project operations and visit project sites or warehouses when required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics operations for ICT, technology, energy, and renewable energy projects.
• Assist in coordinating the transportation, shipment, and delivery of project materials, equipment, and technology products.
• Monitor shipment status, delivery schedules, and material arrival dates to ensure timely project execution.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, transportation providers, warehouses, and internal project teams.
• Support import/export documentation and customs clearance processes when required.
• Track purchase orders, shipments, inventory movements, and material availability.
• Assist with inventory control, warehouse coordination, and material tracking at project sites and storage facilities.
• Follow up on delivery delays, transportation issues, and other logistics-related risks, escalating issues when necessary.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, shipment records, operational reports, and tracking tools.
• Support the monitoring of logistics costs, transportation performance, and delivery-related KPIs.
• Verify that logistics activities and documentation comply with internal procedures and applicable requirements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, operational efficiency, and delivery performance.
• Continuously develop knowledge of logistics and supply chain best practices within the technology and energy industries.
