Formación

• Proven experience in Customer Service and Logistics roles.
• Strong understanding of Inventory Management principles and practices.
• Demonstrated ability in Negotiation and Vendor Management.
• Experience with Order Management systems and processes.
• A track record of identifying and implementing Process Improvements.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies.
• Excellent Relationship Management and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and execute all logistics operations to ensure timely product delivery.
• Oversee Inventory Management to minimize waste and optimize availability.
• Provide excellent Customer Service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Manage the entire Order Management process from placement to fulfillment.
• Identify and implement Process Improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct Quality Assurance checks on logistics processes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Engage in Negotiation with vendors to secure favorable terms.
• Participate in Supply Chain initiatives and collaborate with other departments.
• Manage vendor relationships ensuring compliance and performance.
