Andes Path in Santiago (Hybrid) seeks a Product Designer to shape and deliver digital products at the edge of emerging technology. You’ll work on UI/UX for software—apps, dashboards, websites—not hardware design—collaborating with engineers, clients and end users to turn complex ideas into clear interfaces.

You’ll lead some projects from zero to launch, mentor others, and contribute to a high-trust, pragmatic design culture in a hybrid environment.

Formación

• 4+ years designing and shipping digital products in fast-moving environments.
• Fluent English communication skills, with ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with US-based teams.
• Proven ability to lead design end to end — from discovery to production-ready UI.
• Strong UI & interaction design skills with high visual craft across layout, typography, hierarchy, states, and interactions.
• Strong experience with design systems, including creating, maintaining, and evolving components, patterns, and reusable UI.
• Advanced Figma skills, including components, libraries, variables, prototyping, and design-system workflows.
• Product intuition — you’ve shaped not just how things look, but what gets built.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in production environments.
• Pragmatic, self-directed, and comfortable mentoring others while driving high-quality execution.
• Strong portfolio required, demonstrating high-quality UI, interaction design, design-system thinking, and meaningful product work.

Responsabilidades

• Design digital products end-to-end — from concepts, flows, and wireframes through UI, prototyping, production, and iteration.
• Drive UI and interaction design with strong visual craft and enterprise consistency.
• Translate complex technical concepts, workflows, and data into clear experiences for different users.
• Collaborate with clients and teammates to define product scope and experience.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation and maintain visual/UX quality.
• Conduct user research and testing to validate and improve designs.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to a high-trust, pragmatic design culture.
