Kraken is building the next generation of on-chain financial products. You will help define the strategy and execute a roadmap across Kraken Pro and Consumer, working with Engineering, Design, Growth, Legal, and Partnerships to bring innovative on-chain capabilities to market.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and a consumer-first mindset, with opportunities to influence product direction in a globally accessible crypto platform.

Formación

• Experience taking products from ideation through GTM and iteration.
• On-chain experience required, with preference for hands-on involvement in the on-chain ecosystem.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute Kraken’s product strategy and roadmap for hybridization across Kraken Pro and Consumer.
• Shape and drive the broader onchain hybrid roadmap and align priorities across teams.
• Lead full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iterate based on data and experiments.
