Una importante empresa en la gestión de recursos naturales busca un Administrativo de Recursos Humanos que asegure una gestión eficiente y conforme de todos los procesos administrativos de Recursos Humanos. Buscamos un profesional calificado, con experiencia en el sector minero y habilidades técnicas en control de nómina y legislación laboral. Formación

  • 5 años de experiencia laboral, preferentemente en el sector minero.

  • Gestionar procesos administrativos relacionados con Recursos Humanos.
  • Asegurar la conformidad con la legislación laboral y auditorías.
  • Apoyar procesos de nómina y generar reportes para clientes internos.

NOTE THAT THIS POSITION IS TEMPORARY: FIXED-TERM CONTRACT FOR 3 MONTHS, WITH POSSIBILITY OF RENEWAL BASED ON THE PROJECT DURATION.

Purpose of the position

The main mission of this role is to ensure efficient, timely, and compliant administrative management of all processes related to Human Resources, for both Spot and Base personnel, as needed. This function must be executed applying current policies, procedures, and tools, ensuring correct implementation of contractual, attendance, payroll, accreditation, and other key administrative processes to support the operational area of personnel.

Requirements for success
  • Professionals with degrees in Business Administration, Business Management Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Auditing Accountant, Human Resources Administration, or Business Administration Technician.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in the mining sector.
  • Knowledge of auditing processes, payroll control, and payments.
  • Knowledge of Labor Legislation.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing.
  • Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate Power BI or Excel skills.
Main responsibilities
  • Respond to and guide management requests related to Human Resources, ensuring compliance with internal policies, current labor legislation, and collective agreements.
  • Perform ad hoc reviews of personnel documentation to comply with audits and inspections.
  • Ensure proper backup and safeguarding of personnel labor documentation in coordination with the specialist area.
  • Support payroll processes by analyzing information from operational management, alerting deviations, and ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations.
  • Report necessary movements for payroll closing and salary payments for permanent and Spot staff.
  • Create reports and presentations for internal clients to identify deviations and support decision-making.
  • Monitor new contract processes for assigned business lines.
  • Maintain and update personnel database, including movements, contract renewals, licenses, vacations, and permits.
  • Assist in investigations and follow-ups of labor claims or internal conflicts.
  • Manage administrative requests from personnel, ensuring timeliness, traceability, and documentation security.
