Payroll and Time Specialist
Location: Santiago, Chile
Job Summary: The Payroll and Time Specialist will play a key role in supporting the migration from SAP to SuccessFactors, ensuring accurate payroll and timekeeping processes. The role requires strong functional knowledge of payroll schemas in SuccessFactors—specifically schema 99 (International) and schema 39 (Chile)—as well as experience with SAP infotypes, payroll rules, and time functions. While English proficiency is important for communication with global teams, it is not the primary requirement.
