Position Purpose:

Apply specialized knowledge to advise employees, management, or clients; manage or maintain systems or processes; complete projects to develop or modify systems or processes as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure service quality, provide operational support, review and lead SOP modifications, conduct quality audits, and implement corrective actions.
  • Apply expertise in reviewing processes and procedures within and across departments to support regional, divisional, and corporate goals.
  • Conduct or coordinate audits and reviews to ensure standards are met; identify and investigate anomalies or issues.
  • Share knowledge with peers and management, advising on procedure application and rule interpretation, and assessing legislative impacts.
  • Lead or participate in projects to develop or improve processes, procedures, controls, or systems, internally or with partners.
  • Initiate and analyze projects that offer business solutions through process improvements, enhanced efficiencies, or service expansion.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports, collecting data from relevant sources, and recommending improvements.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within key processes, managing findings accordingly.
  • Review policies or standards for compliance or develop new policies/standards, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills Required:

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
  • Experience in Data Analytics and Power BI.
  • Skills: Precision, problem-solving, influence, communication, interpersonal skills.
