Position Summary

We are seeking a sales professional with an impressive B2B sales track record, consultative selling style, and strong knowledge and network, ideally with HR stakeholders in the China market. EF Corporate Solutions is looking for an outstanding sales superstar who excels at identifying new business opportunities. This Key Account Manager will be expected to proactively take charge of opportunities in the China market from day one.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify new business opportunities in China, primarily targeting Fortune 1000 companies.
  2. This is a pure sales hunter role! You will not manage an existing customer portfolio but will have access to a well-structured database of approximately 40 high-potential prospects.
  3. Develop and execute strategies to approach your target list with creativity and analytical skills.
  4. Achieve clear activity and sales targets, aiming for 2-3 deals within the first six months.
  5. Sell the full range of EF Solutions, customizing proposals to meet customer needs.
  6. Collaborate proactively with internal stakeholders to drive the sales process, especially over long sales cycles and complex deals.
  7. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and consultant, helping clients reach their business goals through strategic investments in English language learning programs.
  8. Be recognized and rewarded by our global organization for exceeding sales commitments and expectations.
  9. Continuously develop your sales skills through EF's Learning and Development initiatives, such as the Sales Bootcamp and Advanced Sales Programme.

Qualifications

  1. Proven B2B sales experience of at least 4 years, with a consultative selling approach, and a strong network, preferably including HR stakeholders.
  2. Experience in selling and working within the China market with local clients; include relevant examples and figures in your application.
  3. An entrepreneurial mindset; experience as a startup or association founder is a plus.
  4. International experience, such as studying or working outside China, is preferred.
