ecoligo is seeking a Junior Accountant (f/m/x) to support financial operations and compliance across our German entities, with the option to work from our Chile office. You will handle daily transactions, assist tax compliance, and contribute to month-end close under HGB and IFRS.

Join a multinational, sustainability-focused team and help automate processes in a hybrid setup while ensuring accurate reporting and timely intercompany invoicing.

Formación

• Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS, HGB) and VAT regulations.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and ensure precision in processing transactions and reporting.
• Proactive in optimizing processes and supporting automation initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Record daily financial transactions including AP, AR, Fixed Assets and accruals.
• Post and reconcile bank transactions and company debit cards.
• Collaborate with tax advisor to ensure timely tax payments (CIT and VAT).
• Ensure IC balance reconciliations with local Accounting Managers.
• Manage cost approval for incoming invoices and intercompany invoicing per transfer pricing policy.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close for German entities per German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation in finance operations.
• Support finance projects as assigned by Head of Finance.
