About the Job

As a Junior Account Manager, you will assist Previsible’s consulting team by learning how to support some of our largest clients and then starting to lead some of our smaller engagements. We are looking for someone who is good with people, well organized, and a fast learner so that they will be comfortable communicating and working directly with clients on digital marketing topics that we will train them on. Jr Account Managers are expected to build trust among teammates, support colleagues, lead projects, and collaborate across teams to bring ideas to fruition. You will own a small roster of accounts for which you will be responsible and deliver work that makes an impact.

Responsibilities
  • Support senior account staff on 2-4 large customized or integrated engagements and lead 2-4 specialized clients of your own
  • Learn how we service enterprise clients from leaders within our organization and then apply that knowledge to drive your own smaller accounts to gain valuable agency experience
  • Review online educational resources to get acquainted with SEO
  • Facilitate meetings, create agendas, take notes, assign action items, and document processes
  • Partner with colleagues to identify subtasks within larger projects
  • Utilize project management tools to monitor progress on initiatives and be able to provide updates to the organization
  • Perform keyword research and compile monthly reports
  • Coordinate with internal strategy stakeholders to address client requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field
  • Fluent in English (C1), with excellent written and verbal communication skills on email and phone as well as the ability to present on video. Interviews will be conducted in English
  • 1 year of work experience working with project management and client facing responsibilities
  • Internship in digital marketing, interest in how search engines work and curiosity to learn about various businesses
  • Proficiency with productivity software including, but not limited to, Google Workspace (Suite), Asana, and Slack or similar applications such as Microsoft Office, Trello, Jira, Discord, and Zoom
  • Ability to work remotely and participate in video conference calls
  • Strong work ethic and reliability to hit deadlines consistently
  • Trustworthy and charismatic with a genuine desire to collaborate with others and an interest to learn on the job
  • Patience to work in a continuously evolving industry, guide a project to completion, and maintain attention to detail throughout
  • Adaptability, proactiveness, and organizational skills
Work Modality

This role follows a hybrid schedule, with four days on-site and the option to work remotely every Friday. Our Santiago, Chile office is conveniently located near Tobalaba metro station in Costanera Center.
