Validation & Engineering Group Inc V&EG a Pinnaql company seeks a Junior Validation Specialist to support validation activities in a regulated environment. You will engage in testing, documentation, and field execution under supervision to grow a career in validation.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to GMP and procedures, with hands-on involvement across IQ/OQ/PQ activities and collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Operations.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in validation, CQV, or related technical role in regulated pharma/biotech/medical devices.
• Basic understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with validation lifecycle concepts: IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Exposure to utilities, equipment qualification, or manufacturing processes (preferred).
• Hands-on validation or quality environment experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support execution of validation and qualification protocols IQ OQ PQ.
• Assist with testing activities, data collection, and data logging.
• Perform field verification of systems and equipment under supervision.
• Assist in preparation and review of validation documentation including protocols and reports.
• Ensure activities comply with GMP and company procedures.
• Support deviation investigations, CAPAs, and documentation updates as needed.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including Engineering, Quality, and Operations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Validation Specialist with 13 years of experience to support validation and qualification activities in a regulated environment. This role is ideal for a detail oriented professional looking to grow their career in validation with hands on involvement in testing documentation and field execution under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of validation and qualification protocols IQ OQ PQ
• Assist with testing activities data collection and data logging
• Perform field verification of systems and equipment under supervision
• Assist in the preparation and review of validation documentation including protocols and reports
• Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with GMP and company procedures
• Support deviation investigations CAPAs and documentation updates as needed
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including Engineering Quality and Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Life Sciences or related field
• 13 years of experience in validation CQV or related technical role in a regulated industry pharma biotech or medical devices
• Basic understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Preferred Exposure to utilities equipment qualification or manufacturing processes
• Internship or hands on experience in validation or quality environments
• Experience with documentation practices in regulated industries
