BairesDev is hiring an Internal Tools Engineer to design and maintain internal applications and admin dashboards for our global operations. You will automate workflows, build data-management tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in software engineering, strong React and Python skills, and experience delivering tools for non-engineering teams in a fully remote environment.

As an Internal Tools Engineer, you will build and maintain the internal applications that power our company's operations. You will streamline business processes by developing custom admin dashboards and workflow automation tools for non-engineering teams.

What You'll Do

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Developer Productivity.
• Proven expertise in building internal applications, admin dashboards, and operations tools.
• Proficiency in React for developing intuitive internal user interfaces.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for backend development and workflow automation.
• Experience automating business processes and building tools for non-engineering teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
