NTT DATA in Santiago, Chile is seeking a Senior Networking Engineer (L3-L4) to lead high‑level network incidents, advise on security and platform reliability, and drive infrastructure evolution with a client‑focused mindset.

You will act as the technical escalation reference, manage root‑cause analysis, and collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure operational continuity while promoting continuous learning and internal mobility within NTT DATA.

Qualifikationen

• Technical or professional studies in Networks, Telecommunications, Systems, Electronics or related fields.
• Over 6 years in similar roles, handling critical incidents and high escalations.
• Double CCNP certification, preferably Data Center and Service Provider.
• Experience with ACI, F5 and Juniper technologies.

Aufgaben

• Lead resolution of critical incidents as the highest technical reference for escalation to identify root causes and restore operations.
• Provide specialized support in networks and security, managing Cisco, Juniper, F5 technologies and complex enterprise connectivity environments.
• Coordinate and manage technical escalations, coordinating internal teams, vendors, and clients during high‑severity incidents.
• Plan and execute changes and deployments in critical infrastructure, ensuring risk management, validations, and contingency plans.
• Identify and mitigate technology risks, promoting improvements in stability, performance, security and resilience.
• Drive infrastructure optimization and evolution, documenting best practices and advising clients on technology decisions.
