Una empresa global de tecnología en Santiago busca un Ingeniero Networking L2. Las responsabilidades incluyen asegurar la infraestructura en el sitio, gestionar incidencias y brindar soporte técnico a los clientes. Se requiere una titulación en telecomunicaciones y al menos 4 años de experiencia. El rol es presencial en turnos 8X6. Se ofrece un ambiente de trabajo diverso y inclusivo.

Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 4 años en roles similares.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos 8X6 de forma presencial.
• Licencia de conducir clase B requerida.

Responsabilidades

• Asegurar que la infraestructura esté configurada y operativa.
• Gestionar reuniones con proveedores durante el servicio.
• Brindar soporte técnico en el sitio a los clientes.

En NTT DATA , compañía global líder en servicios de tecnología de la información, buscamos incorporar Ingenieros Networking L2 cuya misión sera asegurar las soluciones o requerimientos de nuestros clientes. Principales Responsabilidades:

• Asegurar que la infraestructura asignada en el sitio del cliente esté configurada, instalada, probada y operativa
• Gestionar reuniones con diferentes proveedores durante el transcurso del servicio.
• Aportar con sus conocimientos en diseños técnicos y generar documentos técnicos
• respectivos.
• Realizar las comprobaciones necesarias, aplicando herramientas de seguimiento y responder a las alertas
• Identificar problemas y errores antes o cuando ocurran y registra todos esos incidentes de manera oportuna con el nivel de detalle requerido.
• Ayudar a analizar, asigna y escalas llamadas de soporte
• Brindar soporte técnico en el sitio a los clientes y proporciona servicios de ingeniería de campo a los clientes.
• Realizar una revisión aleatoria mensual de incidentes y solicitudes de servicio, analiza y recomienda mejoras en la calidad.
• Identificar de manera proactiva oportunidades para la optimización del trabajo, incluida las oportunidades para la automatización del trabajo.
• Realizar informes y gestión del servicio, tales como presentaciones informes
• Mantener el control de inventario.

Requisitos:

• Titulado como Ingeniero en telecomunicaciones, redes, telemática o carrera afín
• Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial en turnos 8X6 en el norte de Chile (Excluyente)
• Nivel de Inglés Intermedio / Avanzado B2 (Excluyente Será Evaluado)
• A partir de 4 años de experiencia en el rol o similar
• Certificación CCNA / CCNP (Deseable)
• Licencia de Conducir clase B (Excluyente)
