Opdenergy is seeking an Asset Management Analyst in Chile to oversee the financial and operational performance of SPVs during construction and operation. You will monitor cash flows, revenues, and costs, perform variance analyses, and support debt drawdowns and distributions.

The role requires 3–5 years in asset management or related fields, strong knowledge of financing agreements, and fluency in English. A hybrid work model is offered with health insurance and meal vouchers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or similar.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Asset Management, Project Finance, Financial Controlling or similar positions.
• Strong knowledge of financing agreements, financial covenants and lender reporting.
• High level of English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Oversee financial and operational performance of assigned SPVs during construction and operations.
• Monitor project cash flows, revenues and operating costs; perform variance analysis.
• Support debt drawdowns, debt service payments and sponsor distributions.
• Review SPV financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP for compliance.
• Manage reporting obligations to regulatory bodies and lenders.
