SAP Chile is inviting recent graduates to join the Services Business Operations - SAP Next Gen program in Santiago, Chile. This temporary role (6 months up to 2 years) focuses on data modeling, analytics, and process automation, with exposure to forecasting, invoicing, and project controls.

You will collaborate across Latin America and Brazil hubs, supporting invoices, contracts, and time/material accruals while integrating AI tools into daily workflows.

Formación

• Must be a recent University graduate of Bachelor's degree.
• Preferably a graduate of Business, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, Computer Sciences, Software.
• 0-2 years of professional experience (not including internships).

Responsabilidades

• Perform information modeling and data analysis.
• Generate analytic reports and data mappings.
• Automate processes using macros and data formatting.
• Validate data and develop controls for data integrity.
• Support daily business activities including planning and reporting.
• Assist in forecasts, invoicing, and project operations support.

**What you will do**

Position Title: Services Business Operations - SAP Next Gen

Location: Santiago, Chile

Duration: Temporary 6 months up to 2 years

Some of the key expectations and tasks include:

• Information Modeling. Multidimensional and relation data analysis.
• Generations of analytic reports. Data mapping and daily routine execution.
• Process automation, (Data extraction, formatting, calculations, consolidations, use and generation of macros).
• Data validation. Content verification, development of controls that will grant integrity of information.
• General support on everyday business activities such planning and reporting.
• Support main processes and tools: forecasts, partner follow up, performance reports, Invoicing, Consulting projects and Premium contract operations support.

You’ll potentially work in:

• Monitoring the invoice process and invoices to be issue
• Analysis supplier contracts and monitoring status on System
• Analysis and Control Time & Material Accrual
• Support Small Projects and Controlling in Closing Period
• Support Project Managers
• Analysis Contract / Billing Part
• Tax ID verification, and other information as PO and confirmation for Customers
• Create Small project in SAP_ System

Education and Experience:

• Must be a recent University graduate of Bachelor's degree
• Preferably a graduate of Business, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, Computer Sciences, Software, or any other business-related subject
• 0-2 years of professional experience (not including internships)

Requirements and Competencies:

• Maximum of 1-2 years of professional experience
• Good knowledge of English/Spanish (preferred)
• Good knowledge in Microsoft tools (Pref. Excel/Power BI)
• Ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows, craft strategic prompts to drive innovation, and apply best practices to ensure ethical and effective outcomes.
• Staying curious - track emerging developments in AI tooling, foundation models, and enterprise software.
• High level of motivation, reliable, disciplined, able to efficiently work under pressure, adaptable to constant change.
• Ability and interest to work independently.
