AURA is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR team in a wide range of functions including support for tracking systems, task for recruitment process, training coordination, HRIS, onboarding, compliance, and special projects. This role will play a key part in providing administrative support, maintaining documentation, responding to employee inquiries, and assisting with various HR-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate some tasks for the recruitment process in partnership with Recruiter/Generalist/HR Manager
  • Maintain and update HRIS and generate regular reports.
  • Support Onboarding processes, employee communications, and training coordination.
  • Provide policy interpretation and respond to general HR inquiries.
  • Support systems for Human Resources operations, including attendance tracking, internal purchasing workflows, and other administrative HR processes, to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate in coordination of travel request for staff and candidates.
  • Coordinate HR events, wellness programs, and service award recognition.
  • Document HR workflows in Confluence and manage tasks using JIRA.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–3 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies and HR procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in Human Resources.
  • General knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
Key Skills and Competencies:
  • Bilingual fluency in English (CEFR Level C2 or higher), with strong cross-cultural communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities to support core HR functions

  • Experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle processes

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and tools like JIRA and Confluence

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for employee support and policy interpretation

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Customer service mindset and collaborative approach across departments

Physical Requirements:

  • Primarily office-based with frequent sitting and occasional standing/walking
  • Must be able to lift up to 4.5 kg regularly and up to 11.3 kg occasionally
  • Requires close vision, depth perception, and manual dexterity for office equipment
  • Capable of reading, hearing, and effectively communicating instructions
  • Occasional work may be conducted at altitudes up to 2,700 meters.
