About The Role

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. As an HRBP, you will work closely with business leaders to align human resources practices with business objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and support employee engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with department leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support them.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Support employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
  • Drive performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor legislation, and employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using HRIS and analytics tools.
