What\'s the role? As HR Business Partner for Chile, you will work closely with line managers to provide strategic and operational HR support across the organization. Your role will be key in enabling business success through people-focused initiatives and core HR processes.

What does the role involve?

In this role, you will contribute to the Human Resources function in Chile with a strong focus on core HR processes, specifically Talent Management and Rewards, across all teams within the Market Organization. You will have the opportunity to drive the following topics:

  • Lead performance and development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of continuous growth.
  • Facilitate talent management processes including succession planning, performance calibration, and leadership development to build future-ready capabilities.
  • Own and execute key HR core processes such as compensation and benefits, ensuring consistency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leaders, challenging and supporting them in building effective people plans and driving organizational development.
  • Champion employee engagement by leading change management efforts and crafting internal communication strategies that resonate across all levels.
  • Leverage HR analytics to monitor key metrics, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with regional HR peers to share best practices and contribute to cross-functional initiatives such as DEI, Total Rewards, and Skill Management, expanding your impact beyond Chile.

What you need is:
  • Bachelor’s degree is required and Master’s degree is a plus
  • English professional proficiency is mandatory
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally within an international matrix organization, showcasing a comprehensive grasp of various HR disciplines and a proven track record in managing strategic HR initiatives and team management experiences
  • Previous experience in Compensation and Talent Management is ideal
  • Strong influencing & communication skills and drive to achieve the goals, with main focus on peers & Up. Ability to simplify complex ideas in a more comprehensive way
  • Capability to deliver excellent consulting to business leaders and a passion for supporting and enabling the organization\'s people objectives
  • Proven experience in drafting and articulating communications, policies, processes and reports
  • Analytical and conceptual skills coupled with a hands-on mentality and a proactive can-do attitude
  • HR ERP experience. Workday knowledge is a Plus
