A global construction technology firm is seeking an HR Business Partner in Chile who will drive talent management and core HR processes. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in English. What\'s the role? As HR Business Partner for Chile, you will work closely with line managers to provide strategic and operational HR support across the organization. Your role will be key in enabling business success through people-focused initiatives and core HR processes.
