Pluxee is seeking a Procurement Manager Hispam in Santiago to lead local procurement operations, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts within delegated authority. The role reports to regional leadership and supports the group’s procurement governance across the Hispam perimeter.

The candidate will drive end-to-end sourcing, ensure compliance, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and commercial teams to deliver value and risk mitigation in a multinational setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in procurement, multinational environment preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Manager, Lead, or equivalent role desirable.
• Experience in operational sourcing, negotiation, and supplier performance management.
• Proficient in ERP systems (Dynamics or SAP) and e-sourcing tools.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (full conversational level).
• Familiar with procurement regulations, compliance standards, and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end local procurement for goods and services with timely, compliant execution.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with local suppliers and monitor performance.
• Lead contract negotiation for small to mid-size suppliers within governance thresholds.
• Ensure compliance with group policies, procedures, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and other teams to align procurement priorities.
