SumUp in Chile is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate II to drive end-to-end recruiting for Field Sales roles. You will manage high-volume hiring, collaborate with the current TA partner, and ensure data accuracy in Greenhouse and Workday to meet SLAs and 30-day fill targets.

You’ll shape the hiring process, build a strong candidate pipeline, and contribute to employer branding and interviewer training in a fast‑growing fintech environment from our Santiago office.

Formación

• Experience recruiting in high-volume environments.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using hiring data to spot bottlenecks and improve process.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse and Workday, with attention to data accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end to end recruiting for Field Sales Executive roles, aiming for roughly 15 to 20 hires a month.
• Hiring for Sales Team Leaders, Activation Executives and Inbound Sales Executives alongside the current Talent Acquisition Associate II
• Keep hiring on track against SLAs, aiming for an average time to fill of around 30 days
• Deliver a strong, qualified candidate pipeline for every open role within agreed timeframes
• Keep candidate and hiring data accurate and current in Greenhouse and Workday
• Support employer branding activity and interviewer training, including roleplay sessions for Team Leaders and Sales Managers
