Blacksmith Agency LLC, a fully remote US digital agency with 30-40 people, is seeking a Head of Finance to own finance end-to-end and lead people operations for a distributed team. You report to ownership as the senior finance leader and run the function autonomously.

You will manage monthly closes, FP&A, cash, payables, receivables, and internal controls while shaping forecasts and unit economics. Strong English and experience with remote teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading finance for a business or agency.
• Ownership of monthly close, forecasting and cash management.
• Strong written and spoken English for remote collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own finance end-to-end, including books, close, and controls.
• Lead FP&A: revenue, margin, cash flow models and forecasts.
• Oversee people operations for a distributed team across countries.
• Provide clear ownership updates to leadership on business standing.
