Growth Strategist at Connectist

As a Growth Strategist for Connectist, you\'ll play a key role in driving user acquisition and scaling efforts. You\'ll help create and implement growth strategies, engage with online communities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You\'ll analyze data to continuously refine and optimize strategies. This hands-on role requires a proactive, resourceful approach, always looking for new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup, enjoys experimentation, and tackles challenges creatively.

What You\'ll Do
  • Implement and execute user acquisition strategies across multiple channels, ensuring data-driven growth and scalability.
  • Engage with online communities (e.g., Reddit, Twitter) to drive brand awareness and user engagement.
  • Create and manage content for marketing initiatives that align with growth strategies.
  • Analyze data to optimize and refine growth strategies, using insights to improve effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of growth initiatives.
What We Are Looking For

  • Must be located in LATAM.
