We\'re Hiring: Global Procurement Agro Manager

Location: Chile

Full-Time | Reports to: Global Purchasing Director

Are you passionate about strategic sourcing and agricultural procurement? Join our team as a Global Procurement Agro Manager and take the lead in driving efficiency, innovation, and sustainability across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the agricultural procurement teams across all production plants.
• Oversee agricultural purchasing activities ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and standards.
• Optimize procurement processes and ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
• Constantly seek, develop, and propose alternative materials and services to improve both cost-efficiency and operational performance.

Additional Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to company policies, codes, and procedures.
• Promote and support quality and environmental policies across the team.
• Guarantee compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Participate in training sessions to foster continuous professional and technical development.
