Google in Santiago, Chile is seeking an EHS Program Manager to lead cross-functional efforts across environmental, health and safety programs. The role requires coordinating with stakeholders, planning requirements, schedules, risks, and ensuring timely delivery across teams.

You will drive policy alignment, leverage both English and Spanish to communicate with global partners, and guide scalable improvements in data centers and operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management or project management.
• Experience in the data center, mission critical design concepts, and international environmental regulations.
• Experience in policy analysis, policy development, policy implementation, or legal documentation.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, organize, and lead program activities and stakeholders to deliver successful business, operational, and technical improvements within the EHS domain.
• Scope, phase, and lead ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges, including delivering downstream change management, alongside your stakeholder team.
• Ensure alignment of executive cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for program initiatives, ensuring alignment with Google's overall EHS vision and goals.
• Monitor and track program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans.
