IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Lead (Clinical Trial Management) to provide clinical leadership across regional and global trials, partnering with project leaders, sponsors and cross-functional teams to ensure studies are delivered with quality, patient recruitment, site performance and operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years in clinical research or operations within CRO/pharma.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial conduct and ICH-GCP.
• Experience leading clinical study delivery activities.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Experience supporting project financial management is desirable.
• Passion for advancing clinical research and improving patient outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinical delivery of regional and global studies with quality, timeline, recruitment targets.
• Drive patient recruitment and site engagement strategies.
• Partner with Project Leaders and cross-functional teams to hit milestones.
