GHD is seeking a Financial Analyst – Americas to join the Group Finance team and support FP&A activities across the Americas region. You will consolidate financial data, prepare management reporting, analyze performance, and support budgeting and forecasting with a focus on delivering timely insights to leaders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• CPA designation or pursuit is an asset.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, or related analytical role.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a complex org.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into insights.
• Advanced Excel modelling and data analysis; familiarity with ERP/planning tools and BI solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual management reporting for the Americas Leadership Team.
• Consolidate and analyze financial results, budgets, and forecasts across regions.
• Assist in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Develop financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reporting packs communicating insights.
• Support financial modelling, scenario analyses, and ad hoc business cases.
• Collaborate with Finance Managers and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain and enhance reporting frameworks, planning tools, and KPIs across the Americas.
