Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic, business-minded Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to play a key role in the financial management and strategic planning of the Americas region. This role will manage a team and collaborate with various departments to analyze financial data, prepare budgets and forecasts, and provide insights that support decision-making at both operational and executive levels.
The ideal candidate will bring strong data and analytical capabilities with proven experience leveraging business intelligence tools, ERP platforms, and advanced analytics to uncover trends and improve performance. They will be naturally curious, always seeking to understand the “why” and “how” behind the numbers, and proactive in delivering analysis before being asked.
A successful FP&A Manager in this role thrives on turning complex financial data into clear, compelling insights and presentations for leadership.
