Reporting To:

Finance Manager / Country Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and financial compliance
• Assist in audits and maintain accurate accounting records
• Support management with financial insights and reports

Education & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years in finance, accounting, or auditing roles
• Experience in mining, industrial, or corporate finance environments preferred

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
• Knowledge of local tax laws and regulatory compliance
