Boston Scientific in Chile seeks a Customer Relationship Inventory Management specialist to manage inventory operations at customer sites, ensure accuracy, and maintain high service levels. This is a 100% field-based role with frequent customer interaction and close coordination with internal teams.

• Experience or knowledge in inventory management, order management, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or related operational functions.
• Ability to perform inventory counts, reconciliations, and monitor inventory levels.
• Ability to coordinate product deliveries, inventory returns, consumption, and purchase order follow-up.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to identify, follow up on, and resolve operational issues related to deliveries, invoicing, inventory, and product availability.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
• Availability to work in a 100% field-based position, with regular presence at customer sites.
