We’re hiring a remote Executive Virtual Assistant to support fast-moving executives, entrepreneurs, and teams across industries like healthcare, e-commerce, and consulting. In this role, you’ll handle essential day-to-day tasks—keeping operations running smoothly so your clients can stay focused on strategy, growth, and execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings across time zones
  • Organize inboxes, draft communications, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Conduct research and create concise executive summaries
  • Prepare polished reports, slide decks, and client-facing documents
  • Maintain project management tools like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp
  • Keep CRMs, databases, and digital files up to date and organized
  • Coordinate travel, event logistics, and light operations support
  • Handle data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks with accuracy

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in executive assistance, admin support, or operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and the ability to prioritize independently
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and task management tools
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a high degree of confidentiality
  • Fluency in English and experience working with international teams
