Role Overview: We're currently on the lookout for Executive Assistants who are ready to be the ultimate right-hand person for our clients. Your role? Making sure their day-to-day operations run more smoothly than silk.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars to keep everything running like clockwork.
- Crafting emails, reports, and minutes to keep the workflow seamless.
- Excellent e-filing.
- Preparing bills and invoicing for clients.
- Being the go-to communicator between our clients and everyone else.
- Handling travel arrangements like a pro.
- Being the gatekeeper for calls, emails, and messages to keep things focused.

What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least nine months of experience in an administrative role.
- Advanced/native-level English (written and spoken).
- Killer organizational and planning abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Phone etiquette.
- Stellar time-management skills.
- Your own reliable PC, headset, and a speedy internet (at least 30MB/s).
