This position requires significant time in the field and availability during nights and weekends.

Formación

• Recent graduates in event production, business administration, or marketing are preferred.
• Class B driver’s license is mandatory; Class A preferred.
• Ability to drive in challenging conditions, including off-road is required.

The Event Car Captain is a Red Bull brand ambassador and the face of the brand with strong external impact. They are responsible for vehicle maintenance, executing surrounding programs, and bringing new ideas regarding the Red Bull event cars—such as usage, features, activities, and events. They serve as the most direct connection with consumers, event organizers, and third parties, creating memorable experiences and unexpected emotions, providing moments of entertainment and brand experimentation. Leveraging their regional connections and network, they decide where to go and what activities to undertake, always aligning with the brand and local Red Bull team.

Responsibilities:

• Red Bull Representation: Represent Red Bull to consumers during travels and activities, maintaining loyalty, safety, and integrity (no drugs, alcohol, etc.).
• Organization: Detect opportunities in the region, find locations for the Red Bull event car, plan an annual agenda based on the marketing plan, and support the Fleet Management System (FMS).
• Post-Event Reporting & Business Focus: Report activities with data and presentations, participate in meetings, manage the budget for fuel, maintenance, repairs, and event support.
• Operational Condition: Keep the event car in optimal condition, hold weekly meetings with fleet management, and seek maintenance efficiency.
• Planning Activities: Execute plans flawlessly, build relationships, and negotiate with stakeholders on-site.
• Content Creation: Develop content plans, manage content creators, and ensure high standards.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Recent graduates in event production, business administration, marketing, etc.
• Willing to spend over 80% of time in the field.
• Class B driver’s license mandatory; Class A preferred (with a deadline to obtain if not available).
• Ability to drive in challenging conditions, including off-road.
• Strong network within key stakeholders at Red Bull.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders involved in field execution.
• Experience managing production agencies and vehicle maintenance.
• Strict adherence to policies against driving under influence.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
