En Tránsito de Temuco, through the Iberescena project, invites companies to participate in the third Residency-Laboratory for the creation and experimentation of performing arts held at the Espacio de Creación Artística Txawün, Chile, between 5 November and 14 November 2025. The residency provides the artists with resources for training, rehearsal, creation, and research.

This call is aimed at two companies working in the field of community theatre, with a project of at least two years in their community, and with an interest in broadening their artistic vision.

Applicant companies (of 1–3 people) must be based in the following member countries of the Iberescena programme: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru or Uruguay.

The organisers are calling for artists interested in developing a creative process based on artistic research with the community, led by the Company La Heroica, which will end up in an immersive work in the rural sector of Espacio Txawün.

The selected companies will participate during their stay in different activities:

• Practical creative work sessions
• Exchange sessions
• Meetings, work and exchange with the local community
• Audiovisual recording of the creative process

A space will be available for the work, experimentation and creation of a piece of community theatre for two weeks. The organisation will cover the accommodation, maintenance and international travel expenses of the selected creators.
