Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a DCI Repair Technician to dismantle, clean, inspect, repair, and reassemble pumps and decoking equipment. You will use precision instruments to measure components and ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires a mechanic’s toolkit, willingness to work overtime, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred candidates have pump repair experience and prior work in manufacturing environments, with knowledge of heavy machinery and rotating equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a rotating machinery mechanic.
• Must have own set of mechanic's tools, micrometers, and roll-around toolbox.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; overtime hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle, clean, and inspect pumps and decoking equipment.
• Repair and assemble equipment meeting quality standards and on-time delivery.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of processes.
• Coordinate with planning, engineering, and customers as needed.
• Follow pre-job briefings, checklists, routers, and procedures.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify component dimensions.
