Job summary

Omilia is seeking an AI Developer/Software Engineer to advance the Drive-Thru Voice AI for Quick Serve Restaurants. You will work across engineering, AI/LLM development, conversation analysis, and customer implementation on a live system used in thousands of restaurants.

You will build features, prototype AI capabilities, fine-tune LLMs for voice ordering, review real dialogs for performance improvements, and gather client requirements to shape the application's logic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or NLP is required.
• At least 1 year as a Software Developer or AI Engineer.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication skills; customer-facing.
• Analytical and creative thinking with great attention to detail.
• Able to meet demanding deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build features and fix bugs for the Drive-Thru Voice AI solution.
• Integrate with client systems as required.
• Prototype AI features and fine-tune LLMs for voice ordering.
• Review dialog performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Gather business requirements and implement application logic
• Shift effort across engineering, AI/LLM, analysis, and customer work as needed
• Communicate in English with technical and customer-facing contexts and meet deadlines
