Johnson & Johnson is recruiting an Analyst Distributor, Chile, located in Las Condes, Las Condes, Chile. This entry‑to‑developing professional role supports distributor quality and regulatory compliance within the QARA organization.

You will partner with internal stakeholders and external distributors to help ensure adherence to quality systems and company standards, driving continuous improvement across the distributor network.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 0–2 years of experience.
• Understanding of quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping discipline.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support distributor quality and compliance in line with QMS and regulatory needs.
• Document, maintain, and review distributor quality records and procedures.
• Coordinate distributor audits and CAPAs with action tracking.
• Collect and analyze distributor performance data for reports.
• Maintain distributor quality documentation and knowledge management.
• Assist in complaint handling and non-conformance tracking under supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compliance initiatives.
• Prepare basic reports and presentations on distributor quality status.
