The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and reviewing design work while ensuring compliance with all regulations. Formación

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in 3D piping modeling tools is mandatory.
• Technical degree required.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will plan, develop, and review Plant Design & Piping (PD&P) work, produce drawings and documentation, and prepare design estimates for a project. You will coordinate with clients, facilitate technical discussions, and review and approve drawings, calculations, and bid summaries. You will solve complex technical issues and ensure PD&P designs comply with all regulations and standards.

Major Responsibilities:

• Planning, developing, coordinating, and reviewing design work within a small-size PD&Pdesign work group on medium-sized projects or assignments supporting a globalbusiness unit.
• Producing drawings and documentation in accordance with the established design and scope, including design of earthwork, drainage, roadways, foundations, and steel detailing; ensuring PD&P system designs comply with all applicable installation codes, regulations, and standards.
• Coordinating and interfacing as directed with the day-to-day technical work of PD&Pengineers, scientists, specialists, designers, and drafters.
• Communicating complex technical issues and recommending solutions to uppermanagement.
• Facilitating technical discussions with third parties (clients, suppliers, regulators).
• Preparing or overseeing the preparation of PD&P design estimates and work plans in accordance with project scope, schedule, and budget, and managing implementation and performance accordingly.
• Coordinating with client representatives, as delegated, to obtain approval on project phases.
• Reviewing key PD&P engineering drawings, calculations, and bidsummaries.
• Mentoring PD&P designers and drafters by providing appropriate on-the-job training for their professional development.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Requires Technical degree related to Industrial Design, and at least 10+ years of relevant experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficiency using a S3D Piping design platform
• Proficiency using a 3D isometric & 2D drawing extraction software.
• Experience using 3D piping modelling tools is mandatory for this position.
• Experience using 3D/2D drafting tools.
