Formación

  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media, or marketing roles.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in sales hunting or acquisition, within a fast-changing environment.
  • Experience developing and pitching solutions through various channels (e.g., telephone, email, in-person meetings) to prospects.
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to work well with a team.
  • Excellent prospecting skills and the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions over the telephone, video call and in person to prospects.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

The Accelerated Growth Team (AGT) is a strategic team designed to help Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMB) with growth potential. AGT specializes in building full-funnel digital marketing strategies to accelerate customer growth. As a Digital Strategy Lead within AGT, you will identify and grow customer prospects within a segment of the Google Customer Solutions ecosystem, to set them up for accelerated and sustainable growth on our platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business growth goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience and results to Google's advertisers within Spanish-speaking Latin America.
  • Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential business within primary teams or unassigned clients pool of leads.
  • Create a close partnership with our cross-functional primary teams (e.g., Engage, MMS, Agencies & UMM).
  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international marketing and business goals through utilizing the full suite of Google’s Ads solutions.
  • Grow clients' Google Ads footprint by presenting customized marketing solutions. Implement creative ways to expand customers existing accounts, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions and branding strategies.
