Schneider Electric is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for South America to drive regional engagement and digital adoption. You will optimize channels, lead end-user and partner initiatives, and collaborate with global teams to ensure a consistent digital customer experience.

The role requires 5+ years in digital marketing and strong analytical skills, with advanced English and knowledge of CRM and analytics tools.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in digital marketing, customer experience, digital transformation, or channel/partner management.
  • Experience in regional or multi-country environments.
  • Advanced English; Spanish/Portuguese helpful for regional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead regional digital engagement initiatives for channels, partners, and end users across South America.
  • Manage and optimize regional digital channels (Website, WhatsApp, mySchneider).
  • Drive digital adoption programs for distributors, partners, and integrators to boost engagement and satisfaction.
  • Analyze user experiences and identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and UX.
  • Develop and execute demand generation aligned with regional objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs related to digital adoption, engagement, and channel performance.

Are you passionate about driving digital transformation, creating exceptional customer experiences, and delivering business impact through digital marketing? We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for South America to lead regional engagement and digital adoption initiatives, contributing to business growth while enhancing the digital experience for customers, partners, and end users.

What will you do?
  • Lead regional digital engagement initiatives for channels, partners, and end users across South America.
  • Manage and optimize regional digital channels, including Website, WhatsApp, and mySchneider.
  • Drive digital adoption programs for distributors, partners, and integrators, increasing engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze user digital experiences and identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and user experience (UX).
  • Develop and execute demand generation initiatives aligned with regional business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs related to digital adoption, engagement, demand generation, and digital channel performance.
  • Coordinate initiatives with local, regional, and global teams to ensure a consistent digital customer experience.
  • Collaborate with agencies, marketing teams, business leaders, and digital specialists to implement high-impact strategies.
  • Generate data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize business outcomes and customer experience.

What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Additional education in Digital Marketing, Digital Transformation, or Customer Experience is a plus.
  • More than 5 years of experience in digital marketing, customer experience, digital transformation, or channel and partner management.
  • Experience working in regional or multi-country environments.
  • Experience managing demand generation, customer journey, or digital adoption programs.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar solutions.
  • Experience using analytics and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, or equivalent platforms.
  • Experience in KPI analysis, process automation, or digital transformation programs.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required. Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are considered a strong advantage for regional collaboration.
