Your new role

Responsible for ensuring that all digital revenue (O&O, social media, YouTube, 3rd Party, Programmatic, etc.) in Latam is entered and executed with minimal errors. Responsible for optimizing inventory and revenue across all digital platforms. Work with Ad Sales by providing superior customer service and finding solutions to help reach the company’s financial objectives.

Your role accountabilities

  • Understanding all negotiations, ensuring orders are executed accurately, and providing support to ensure revenue booked in the system is correct. Track daily campaign pacing and optimize campaigns to benefit both clients and the company. Offer insights and solutions to maximize business benefits;
  • Work closely with Ad Sales to provide planning tools for negotiations. Provide accurate inventory reports and collaborate on campaign optimization to protect the business. Understand all digital platforms and strategically place campaigns to meet client demands;
  • Maintain a current understanding of system functionalities and challenges to propose areas for system and process improvements or automation;
  • Understand legal and regional market regulations, requirements, and expectations, including SOX controls, regarding the assigned region.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-3+ years of related experience, preferably in digital operations;
  • College degree or equivalent required;
  • Experience with Google 360 Suite;
  • Experience with advertising ecosystems such as GAM, FreeWheel, Xander;
  • Knowledge of programmatic solutions (DSPs, SSPs, Ad Networks);
  • English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus;
  • Strong analytical skills to identify issues, prioritize, develop hypotheses, gather data, and recommend solutions;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to relate to stakeholders at all levels;
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to exceptional client service;
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently with speed and accuracy;
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills and understanding of various operational layers.
