We are seeking a Demi Chef Partie Patisserie (m/f/d) to bring the essence of our A-ROSA experience to life in this stunning setting.
You produce high-quality confectionery such as chocolates, pastries, ice creams and our own bread for our buffets.
You enjoy incorporating trends and ideas into the development of new desserts.
You ensure the quality standard according to the A-ROSA specifications.
You check incoming goods for quality and quantity with expertise and are responsible for proper storage.
You will support your colleagues in all tasks that arise.
Completed training in the kitchen or in the bakery or confectionery sector
Minimum 3 years\' work experience preferably at a high-level hotel in the same role
Italian / English confidence is mandatory. German language skills are also required (minimum B1)
