About Data Analytics (DA)

What you will be doing at Evalueserve

As a Data Scientist in our Data Analytics team, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative AI solutions. Your work will focus on generative models, experimentation, and cutting-edge research to drive impactful results.

• Model Development: Design, implement, and optimize models for generative AI applications.
• Algorithm Research: Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and integrate new algorithms into team projects.
• Experimentation: Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and iterate based on findings.
• Agentic GenAI Research: Explore agentic GenAI approaches and define best practices for implementation.

What we’re looking for

• Business Statistics: Ability to apply statistical tools and processes to describe and interpret business results.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
• Machine Learning: Solid understanding of ML principles, technologies, and algorithms, with experience in building and deploying models.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming concepts and tools to write and modify code effectively.
• Requirements Analysis: Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements to support successful solution delivery.

Top candidates will have:

• Experience with Python libraries such as LangGraph and LangChain.
• Familiarity with AWS SageMaker or similar ML platforms.
• Ability to evaluate and improve outputs from Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Background in Machine Learning and Computer Vision.
