We are seeking a Data Quality Analyst with exceptional attention to detail and a strong command of English. In this role, you will analyze nuanced contractual clauses, quality control AI-generated outputs, and collaborate with our team to enhance our processes. This is a critical position for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our contract data and supporting our mission to transform the contracting process.

About The Role

The successful candidate will have 0–3 years of experience in a detail-oriented role, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to maintain precision while performing repetitive data tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex and nuanced contractual language and data, ensuring accurate categorization and compliance with defined criteria.
• Perform meticulous quality control on AI-generated contract reviews to verify proper data classification and identify errors or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with teammates to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions.
• Create clear, concise reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, workflows, and concepts as our business evolves.
• Monitor and track updates to contracts within our database.
• Participate in additional projects as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in a detail-oriented role (e.g., data analysis, contracts, compliance).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain precision while performing repetitive data tasks across large volumes.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze nuanced data and interpret complex contractual clauses.
• Ability to accurately tag text, clauses, or fields for use in structured datasets or machine learning models.
• Experience reviewing and quality-controlling data outputs, particularly those generated by AI or automated systems.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to identify and implement process improvements.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic startup environment.
• Experience with commercial contracts, software licensing, or similar legal documents is a plus, but not required.

Compensation: $1,500 - 2,000 USD/Month

USA Time Zone
