Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain and monitor the master project schedule for large scale construction programs, with a focus on data center projects, integrating multiple contract packages and providing regular progress reports.

You will analyze critical paths, assess changes, develop mitigation plans, and coordinate with contractors and the client.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling on complex construction projects, with a data center focus.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and EVM to manage large programs.
• Experience coordinating multiple data sources into a master schedule and delivering status reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor master plan schedule.
• Prepare and monitor tasks ensuring realization of project requirements against schedule.
• Integrate contract packages into master schedule.
• Review contractor schedules and provide recommendations to client.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and client.
• Develop a project control procedure to monitor progress.
• Interact with contractor and verify project data to update schedule.
• Develop mitigation plans and assess contractor EOT claims.
