For the Professional Hygiene business in South Latam, we are seeking a new member of the customer marketing team. The Customer Marketing Activation Manager for Chile and Argentina will be responsible for executing the customer marketing strategy, in addition to working closely with the regional product marketing, digital, sustainability, communications, and CMU departments to support the local implementation of marketing strategies.
Responsible for executing the customer marketing strategy in Chile and Argentina.
Works closely with Latam marketing teams (Product, Comms, Digital, CMU) to support the implementation of the region's marketing strategies.
Plans and executes, under the guidelines of regional marketing, the launch of innovations in the countries under its responsibility.
Works alongside the sales force to support the development of key distributors.
Manage key external stakeholders (e.g. trade marketing agencies, production material suppliers)
Proposes activities that seek to contribute to sales growth and business profitability, such as sales contests, promotions, and point-of-sale activations.
Constantly reviews the product portfolio to propose the development of new local initiatives together with product and innovation teams.
Propose and execute activities to improve sales, profitability, and product mix for relevant clients.
Works alongside the commercial excellence team to support the execution of the training plan for the internal and external sales force.
Plans and execute promotional activities such as trade fairs and others.
Professional in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related areas.
Experience in a B2B commercial area. Sales experience is a plus.
Knowledge of marketing, project management, finance, sales channels, brand development, commercial, market measurement, consumer research and analytical skills.
