Airbus Helicopters Chile S.p.A. is hiring a Customer Logistics Manager to oversee the end-to-end logistics for regional clients, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation. You will be the focal point for material management, coordinate with sales and service teams, and prepare quotes for spare parts and repair services.

This on-site role is based at Airbus La Reina with a 40-hour work week. Candidates should have aeronautical industry experience, a logistics or trade degree, and

• Experience in aeronautical industry or related logistics.
• Fluent or strong communication in English and Spanish.
• Customer-focused with organized, self-motivated approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the supply of products and services in a timely and proper manner for their client portfolio.
• Be the focal point for material management topics with customers.
• Escalate material management irritants with focal points.
• Prepare sales quotes for spare parts and repair services in accordance with requests from regional customers.
• Maintain the documentation workflow (Physical and Financial)
• Manage warranty claims.

Requirements

• Experience in Aeronautical industry
• Degree in Logistics, Foreign Trade or similar
• English (To be tested) and Spanish
• Financial and logistics flow, customer service
• Teamwork, Customer oriented, Organized, Self motivated.

Contract Type

• Permanent contract.
• 40 hour week.
• On site at Airbus La Reina
