Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a CRA II in Chile to design and analyze clinical trials, interpret complex medical data, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments. You will monitor trials, ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety.

You will collaborate with investigators and site staff, conduct visits, review data, and contribute to study documentation. A minimum of 2 years as a CRA and willingness to travel about 60% are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials.
• Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout the trial process.
• Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate smooth study conduct.
• Perform data review and resolve queries to maintain high-quality clinical data.
